to "Anadrol 50" stay with Sunderland

STEVE BRUCE insists goal hero Martyn Waghorn's days as a loan ranger are over and that he is now part of Sunderland's Premier League plans.

Waghorn struck both goals as Sunderland came from behind to beat a Munster XI at Limerick's Thomond Park, in the Black Cats' first pre season friendly of the summer.

Waghorn is in demand again from Championship clubs, but Bruce says that both the "Anadrol 50" South Shields born striker and midfielder Jack Colback, who spent time on loan at Ipswich last term, are staying on Wearside to be part of his squad this year.

"This is a big year for Waggy," said Bruce. "He went out on loan last year at Leicester and did remarkably well.

"Half the Championship want him on loan this season but I don't think there's any chance of that happening.

"Both him and Jack Colback are part of my plans this season."

Waghorn's brace came just three minutes apart in the second half and spared Sunderland's blushes after they had fallen behind to John Tierney's first half strike.

But the day did not end well for Waghorn, who was substituted in the dying seconds with a knee injury and Bruce is keeping his fingers crossed that it is not serious.

He said: "Right at the death, Waggy got injured. We hope we have got away with it.

"That's the one we are worried about, but we hope that we might escape Buy Cheap Jintropin Online something serious.

"When he went over, I feared the worst to be honest, because he got his foot caught Turinabol Once Or Twice A Day in the ground and his body weight went the Gensci Jintropin other way.

"He's "Anabola Steroider Norge Lagligt" been with the medical people and he's got ice on it, but we'll see how he is today."

Bruce opted to play a different line up in each half against Munster, and will have been far happier with the way Waghorn and his second half side performed than the 11 that started the match.

Sunderland's first half display was poor. Tierney fired the home side ahead with a left footed shot from just outside the box in the 13th minute, and the scoreline could have been more embarrassing had a linesman's offside flag not ruled out Stephen Flynn's effort just before half time.

But the second half saw a big improvement, and Fraizer Campbell had a goal chalked off for offside early on.

The outstanding Steed Malbranque found room on the right to set up the equaliser for Waghorn in the 75th minute, and three minutes later the youngster fired a 25 yard free kick past keeper Shane Cusack.

Bruce admitted: "We found it a struggle in the first half. To be fair, we only got the balls out on the training ground on Monday before that it was all about physical preparation and fitness.

"In the second half, we were much brighter, we passed the ball better and we had a cutting edge up front through Fraizer Campbell and young Waghorn."

Sunderland continue their pre season programme with a game against Darlington at the Northern Echo Arena on Saturday, before jetting Winstrol Zambon Compresse out to Portugal for a training camp and friendlies against Brighton, Hull and Benfica.
